We charge the minimum shipment rates that are available and we don’t make money on shipment.
All fresh caviar is shipped via Fastway Couriers and Express Post.
Australia wide delivery fee of $10 - $25 is charged at the time of the order.
All orders can only be shipped Monday by 8:00 am.
If you placed your order outside of this time frame please be aware it will be shipped next Monday morning.
All orders come in special packaging - cooler boxes with dry ice included which keeps the products chilled and protected.
Please allow 2-5 working days from the date of shipping for delivery.
Please check you wrote a correct address and all the details before submitting the order as well as in the order confirmation email you receive. If the address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately via email or our Facebook page to fix the mistake as well as make sure that we received the update. No refund will be made if the caviar has been delivered to a wrong address or returned by a carrier because of incorrect address in your order.
It is common sense that products that have to remain chilled cannot be returned because we cannot make sure it was stored correctly.
Which means it cannot be returned if you changed your mind. However, we are more than happy to deal with on a case by case basis if you are not happy with the quality of the product or something happened to it while it was in transit. Please contact via email so we can assist you further

If the address was entered incorrectly, and no immediate contact was made with Red Caviar Gourmet prior shipping date no refund will be made if the caviar has been delivered to a wrong address or returned by a carrier because of incorrect address entered in order form.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the goods and their fitness for purpose and satisfactory quality.

In connection with the use of the redcaviargourmet.com website (including any orders of products), in no event Red Caaviar Gourmet will be liable:
for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier
for business losses and/or losses to non consumers

Red Caviar Gourmet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control (which means any act or event beyond our reasonable control).
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract:
(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
(b) our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree in writing.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automat
